As our business continues to evolve, our vision is to build Exim as a complete one-window logistics solutions company, where customers can access multiple logistics capabilities through a single, trusted partner. From FTL transportation, ODC and mining logistics to customs clearance, air and ocean freight forwarding, warehousing, yard management, and cross-border logistics across SAARC, we are continuously expanding our capabilities to address the complete supply-chain requirements of our customers.
Technology is at the heart of this transformation. We are progressively building a technology-enabled logistics ecosystem through GPS and real-time vehicle tracking, automated customer tracking reports, ETA monitoring, route and halt monitoring, digital POD/ePOD, E-LR, ERP integration, AI-based dashboards, data-driven reporting, and centralized operational monitoring. These technologies enable greater visibility, faster decision-making, proactive exception management, and stronger operational control.

- 20+ Years of Moving Forward
OUR HISTORY
2006
Exim Logistics Private Limited incorporated.
2007–08
Started FTL transportation within the state, 3rd-party CHA and freight forwarding business.
2008–10
Expanded FTL transportation operations beyond the state.
2010–12
Received CHA & MTO licences and commenced own CHA & freight forwarding operations.
2012–15
Expanded into South Zone and West Bengal. Own fleet reached 50 vehicles.
2015–18
FIATA, WCA & FFFAI memberships. Introduced GPS tracking, ERP systems and entered ODC transportation.
2018–20
Associated with IATA and AEO, strengthening our international logistics and compliance capabilities.
2020–22
CSR initiatives during COVID-19. Recognized with Brand of Odisha and Pride of India awards.
2022–24
Expanded our fleet to 250+ vehicles and strengthened our presence across the Western Region.
2024–26
Obtained ACAI Licence and introduced AI-based dashboard reporting for smarter business and operational insights.
